The Girolle® originale is the authentic article invented by Nicolas Crevoisier in 1982.
The knife and the central shaft are made of stainless steel specially designed for use in the kitchen. Because we respect the environment and are concerned about proximity, we use wood with the “Swiss Wood” certificate.
